LiftWale is a name and trademark used by Blue Star Elevators India Ltd. for its digital elevator service. LiftWale is not a separate company. When these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean Blue Star Elevators India Ltd.

By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

The Website describes elevator maintenance, repair, modernization, inspections, and new lift supply and installation in India, and lets you ask Blue Star Elevators India Ltd. for a quotation.

Descriptions, capacities, speeds, and other figures on the Website are general. They are not a specification for your building. The right system depends on a site assessment.

Sending a quotation request, or receiving a reply, does not create a contract and is not an order.

A contract for supply, installation, maintenance, repair, modernization, or inspection exists only when Blue Star Elevators India Ltd. confirms the scope and price in writing and you accept that confirmation.

Any written quotation or work order may contain further commercial terms. If those terms conflict with these Website terms on the subject of the work, the written quotation or work order applies to that work.

You may use the Website to read about the services and to send a genuine enquiry.

You must not misuse the Website, attempt to break or overload it, copy it in order to build a competing site, or send information you do not have the right to share. You must provide accurate contact details if you ask for a quotation.

LiftWale, the LiftWale logo, and the contents of this Website, including text, layout, and graphics, belong to Blue Star Elevators India Ltd. or are used by it with permission.

LiftWale is a trademark of Blue Star Elevators India Ltd. You may not copy, publish, or use the LiftWale name, logo, or Website content without prior written permission from Blue Star Elevators India Ltd. All rights reserved.

The Website is provided for general information. It is not engineering advice for a particular building. You should not start construction, alter a lift shaft, or buy equipment based only on what you read here.
